GB Foam was established in 1976 as an independent converter of polyurethane foam – the company
currently employs over 30 staff and operates from two sites in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire.
For over 35 years we have been providing a comprehensive range of specialist foam products to a wide

We source our foam from all of the leading UK and European Manufacturers to ensure you not only get
the widest choice of materials, but also the highest specification products which are most suited to your
application.
Production and Technology
In addition to the standard flat surface and bandknife cutting we offer, radius edge cutting, contour
shaping, press cutting, chamfeuring, mitre edge and much more.
Our conversion unit is equipped with the latest CNC cutting and profiling equipment which enables us to
cut any two dimensional shapes with precision accuracy. Our in house design team is available to work
directly with you to develop and refine your products as necessary.
In 2010 we further expanded our fabrication department and doubled our capacity for custom fabrication
and gluing work. We can laminate any shape you require, and can even act as an outstation for your
fabrication work.
